Subject: Your Concern With The Cancellation And Refund.

Hi Jane,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. It is unfortunate that you have
decided to stop using Recruit CRM.

In our database how you subscribed your account on an automatic basis is


quite clear: your subscription was renewed automatically on February 1,
2022, as prescribed by our policy terms. Our subscriptions are
automatically renewed so people do not have to remember to do it every
time. Additional, Company Policy also specifies that there will be no
reimbursement after the renewal barring cancellation request which is
made beforehand.

That being said, I do appreciate the sentiments and would want this to be
a pleasant engagement with Recruit CRM. I understand we cannot refund
you for this renewal but I have decided to cancel your subscription so that
you are not charged any further.

We welcome your criticism and are more and more eager to understand
what we could have done better. Should you have any other doubts or
require assistance, kindly reach out to us.

Thank you for considering using Recruit CRM and all the best in future
work.
