You will need the following items to apply for a residential parking permit either online or in person:
• Driver’s License with current address or change of address card
• Vehicle Registration
• Valid insurance card for the registered vehicle

If your current address is not on your driver’s license and you do not have a change of address card, you
will need to provide a change of address card. Exceptions due to secondary residence or use of another
person’s vehicle will be evaluated individually and additional documentation will be required to determine
eligibility for a residential parking permit.
