Justifications for recommending the proposal:

Fresh sanction of Overdraft (OD) Under “Property Power” is recommended considering that –

 The Applicant is a reputed businessman and associated with the followings firms/company.
M/S Megha Enterprise (Proprietorship Firm)
 Security coverage of more than 130% has been proposed for this proposed facility. The proposed Overdraft
facility will be covered under PSL, Small Service Industry; which is a present thrust of the bank. The proposal also
qualified for Regulatory Retail Portfolio, thus attracting lower risk weight of 75%.
 For M/S Megha Enterprise,the business is running in full swing, stock of unit and Book Debt(Government of
WB) is adequate during time of visit. As examined the cash credit/current account Statement, sales are being routed
through account. Books of account are properly maintained. Financial Parameters of the firm is also satisfied with
bank’s product guidelines.
 The firm mostly deals with the Several Government departments (100% of Total Work Orders) and at present
having work orders of more than 2.37 crore in hand to execute in coming days.
 Due to Lower pricing and locational proximity and recent additional work order allocation, the Firm has
decided to take credit facility to IDBI Bank .More Over IDBI Bank has already sanctioned credit facilities in
individual capacity of proprietor and repayment track record is good.

Comments/ Recommendation of Branch Head

In view of the above and as the sanction of aggregate assistance by means of Fresh sanction of OD Facility of Rs 50.00
Lakh to M/s Megha Enterprise falling beyond the sanctioning powers of Branch Head, the proposal as stated in the Due
Diligence Report ,it is recommended for sanction at CSC Kolkata as per extant DoP.
