Day 1: Arrival & Connection

09:00 - 14:30 : Check-in, welcome drinks, settling in and lunch
15:00 - 16:00 : Welcome Havan (Sacred fire) to invoke positive energy
16:30 - 17:30 : Restorative, Yin Yoga & Pranayama to ease travel fatigue
18:30 - 20:00 : Dinner (local Satvic food)
20:30 - 21:30 : Introductions, Retreat overview, and Ice-breaking

06:00-07:00 : Yogic cleansing (Neti, Triphla eye wash, etc.)
06:30-08:00 : Laughter Yoga & Light Breakfast
08:30-10:30 : Morning Ashtanga Yoga by the Ganga,
followed by Ganga Snana (holy dip)
10:30-14:00 : Secret waterfall trek with a cleanup drive and
land art activity.
14:30-15:30 : Packed lunch picnic by the waterfall
17:00-19:00 : Attending evening Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan
20:00-21:00 : Dinner at Resort

10:30-12:30 : Body Flow workshop
13:00-14:00 : Lunch at the resort
16:00-17:30 : Yoga charades and group games.

20:00-22:00 : Bonfire and jamming session back at the resort.

Refund Policy
Cancellations made 20 days prior to the commencement date of retreat will be eligible for a
100% refund of the paid amount.
Cancellations made 10 days prior to the commencement date of retreat will be eligible for a
50% refund of the paid amount.
CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE COMMENCEMENT DATE OF RETREAT
WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IN ANY CASE WHATSOEVER.

Inclusions
Accommodation in a premium resort nestled amidst the serene mountains of Rishikesh.
All meals (3 Sattvic meals per day), Herbal tea/green tea.
Local travel for planned activities within Rishikesh.
All activities and workshops as per the itinerary.
Materials for workshops (Neti pots, eye cups, art supplies, etc.).
Exclusions
Travel expenses to and from Rishikesh.
Personal purchases or additional activities outside the planned itinerary.
Medical expenses or personal health requirements.
Note: Pick and drop from Delhi airport/railway station or Dehradun airport or Dehradun/Haridwar
railway station can be arranged at an additional cost on request.
