Job Interview
JOAQUIN: Good afternoon, thank you for coming to this interview. To start,
can you tell me your name and a little bit about the position you are
applying for?
JUAN DIEGO: Good afternoon, thank you for the opportunity. My name is
Juan Diego and I am applying for the position of International Marketing
Analyst. I am very excited about the possibility of working in a global
environment.
JOAQUIN: Excellent, Juan Diego. Now, let's talk about your studies. What
degree do you have and from which institution did you obtain it?
JUAN DIEGO: I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from
the National University. In addition, I have completed a Master's degree in
Digital Marketing at an online university.
JOAQUIN: Very well. Could you share some of your most significant
achievements in your career so far?
JUAN DIEGO: Sure. One of my most important achievements was increasing
sales at my previous company by 30% for one year through an innovative
digital marketing campaign. I have also received an internal award for my
teamwork and creativity.
JOAQUIN: Impressive. Speaking of work experience, what positions have
you held previously?
JUAN DIEGO: I have worked as a marketing assistant for two years and then
as a marketing coordinator for three years at a tech company. In those
roles, I developed content strategies and managed advertising campaigns.
JOAQUIN: Thanks for sharing that. Now, what are your future goals and
what do you hope to accomplish in this new job?
JUAN DIEGO: My goals include continuing to grow professionally in the field
of international marketing and eventually taking on a leadership role. I hope
this job will give me the opportunity to learn about global markets and
contribute to the growth of the company.
JOAQUIN: Those are very clear goals. Let’s talk a little about your lifestyle.
What do you do to stay healthy?
JUAN DIEGO: I try to lead a balanced lifestyle. I exercise regularly, such as
running three times a week, and I like to practice yoga. I also try to eat
healthy, although I do enjoy my favorite foods from time to time.
JOAQUIN: Before we end the interview, do you have any questions for
me?
JUAN DIEGO: Yes, I would like to know more about the team I will be
working with and what are the main challenges the company is currently
facing.
JOAQUIN: Sure, I can give you more information about that. Thank you
very much for your time today, Juan. It has been a pleasure meeting you
and learning more about you.
JUAN DIEGO: Thank you for the opportunity. I am very excited about the
possibility of joining your team. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
