E. ESTIMATED TOTAL GROUP COST
Please be informed of the estimated group cost as follows:

*Any excess in the number of participants will be charged accordingly with the same amount per head
as stated in the contract amount. *
Mode of Payment:
• We require 50% deposit based on the total package rate upon signing the contract and full payment must be
settled on the day of the event. For miscellaneous or incidental charges, full payment shall be made immediately
as well. Payments can be made through cash or bank transfer only.
• Kindly note that your reservation is considered tentative and will be confirmed only upon receipt of the 50%
down payment.
• REVISION/ADDITION. Any charges in the reservation details such as: number of participants, change of venue
and date of event must advice our office via call or email at least 3-5 days and is subject to requotation.
• RE-BOOKING POLICY. Failure to advice our office by either of email, call or text means confirmation of
reservation and demand of full payment will be requested.
All event reservation must be covered by signed contract. All cancellation and/or revision must be made seven (7)
days prior to event. Failure to cancel/amend within the release period shall incur a penalty charge equivalent to the
total first day of the event.

Rules and Regulations
3. The swimming pool has a cut off time, until 10PM only.
4. For check – in: time is 2PM and check out time is 12 noon. Late check out may incur additional fees.
5. For check in, the room capacity depends solely on the designated capacity of the room; exceeding this
capacity is not allowed.
7. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The resort is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
8. All visitors must check in at the front desk and may be subject to a visitor fee.
9. Use of recreational facilities, such as basketball court, volleyball court, mud slide, kawa bath, trekking is
at your own risk.
10. Guest must adhere to the dress code in all dining areas. Swimwear is not permitted in restaurants.
11. The resort is not responsible for any damage to vehicles parked on the property.
12. Loud music or noise that disturbs other guests is not allowed.
13. Minors must be always accompanied by an adult while on the resort property.
15. The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the resort premises.
16. Guests are not allowed to bring their own grills or cooking equipment onto the resort property.
17. Respect the privacy of other guests and do not disturb their peace and quiet.
18. Any violations of resort rules may result in eviction without refund.
20. Food is allowed to be brought into the resort without any corkage fee.
22. Electricity charges may apply when you bring a radio, speaker, or other devices that consume electricity.
23. LPG is not allowed in the resort; only portable stove is permitted.
24. Guests are not allowed to cook in their rooms, cooking is only permitted at the designated cottage.
These rules are designed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests and their pets at
Puntabelle Resort By bringing your pet to our resort, you agree to comply with the following rules:
1. Pet Policy:
a. Pets Allowed: We welcome well-behaved pets at our resort. Only dogs and cats are permitted.
c. Breed Restrictions: We do not allow aggressive breeds or exotic pets. Please contact us for a list of
restricted breeds.
d. Vaccinations: All pets must be up to date on vaccinations. Proof of current vaccinations may be
required upon check-in.
2. Pet Care:
a. Diapers: If your pet requires the use of diapers, please ensure that they are properly fitted and
changed regularly to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
b. Cages and Crates: For the comfort and safety of your pet, we recommend bringing a cage or
crate. Pets must be kept in the cage or crate when left unattended in the room.
c. Noise Control: Please ensure that your pet does not create excessive noise that may disturb
other guests. Excessive barking or meowing may result in a request to relocate your pet to a
designated pet-friendly area.
d. Waste Disposal: Pet owners are responsible for promptly cleaning up after their pets. Waste
bags and disposal stations are provided throughout the resort for your convenience.
3. Pet Etiquette:
a. Leash Requirement: Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier when outside of the room,
including in common areas of the resort. This is to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
b. Pet-Free Areas: Pets are not allowed in certain areas of the resort, including swimming pools,
restaurants, and other designated non-pet areas. Please respect these guidelines.
c. Aggressive Behavior: If your pet displays aggressive behavior towards other guests or pets, you
may be asked to relocate your pet to a designated pet-friendly area or remove them from the resort.
4. Liability:
a. Damages: Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. Any necessary repairs or
additional cleaning required due to pet-related incidents will be charged to the pet owner’s account.
b. Indemnification: By bringing your pet to our resort, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless
Puntabelle Resort and its staff from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to your pet’s stay.
