About the job

Selected candidates' day-to-day responsibilities


include:

1. Build and manage websites in core PHP

2. Customize features inside existing websites


using your core and advanced PHP experience

3. Work on coding to customize designs and


develop functionalities

4. Build plugins and extensions

Required skills: Php, mysql, html, css, bootstrap,


javascript, ajax and Good communication
skills(English spoken & written skills)

Terms:

1. This internship cum placement offer


comes with a 6 months of internship where
you will be trained and working as an intern
on technologies/languages with live
projects. In this internship cum placement
offer, the training cost is not charged to
you. Therefore you are required to
complete 2 years of service post your
completion of internship period, and during
these 2.6 years (including internship of 6
months), you should not work or apply for
any other job/activities which can be a
con_ict of interest.
2. In your `rst 15 days of internship - if you
feel this internship is not suitable for you -
you can leave the internship within 2 days
of the notice period. Such cancellation of
the internship would be unpaid since it will
be a cancellation from your side. The
company may also cancel it with 2 days of
notice during the `rst 15 days of your
internship.
3. Post the option to resign within the `rst 15
days, if you are continuing the internship, it
is deemed that you wish to continue the
internship cum placement agreement and
you are happy to honour the agreement. If
you wish to quit anytime during the
internship and before completion of the 2
years in the job (post completion of the
internship), in such case only you must
repay to the company a sum of Rs.
1,25,000 + the entire stipend & salary you
collected during your internship &
employment.
4. Suppose you are not punctual or due to
interdisciplinary reasons or cannot perform
or improvise with reasonable timelines. In
that case, the company terminates your
internship or employment at any time with
immediate effect.
5. You promise to not deal with anything that
can or may be a con_ict of interest with
your employment or line of organization
activities.

Stipend structure: During internship:

The internship stipend is Rs 45,000 for the entire


duration of 6 months and is paid monthly Lxed:
Rs 7,500

Plus: Performance bonus up to Rs 45k along


with the salary of the `rst month in employment.

SalaryPost-completion of the internship:

Your salary for continued employment will be


`nalized in and around the completion of your
internship, and it will be between Rs 2.00L to Rs
4.00L per annum (total max CTC), depending on
your performance during the internship.
