Important Instructions:
1. Admissions in B.Tech (Lateral Entry) course-2023 including KM, TFW and EWS categories
shall be made on the basis of inter-se-merit prepared on the basis of qualifying percentage
in examination. Inter-se-Merit of only the Online Verified and Confirmed Application Forms
will be prepared and seats will be allotted accordingly
2. Candidate should read the eligibility conditions and procedure of admission carefully
mentioned in the Admission Brochure of B.Tech (Lateral Entry) course-2023 before applying
online on www.techadmissionshry.gov.in
3. The candidate shall download and keep a copy of Application form and proof of
Deposition of Registration cum Application Fee for his/her record
4. Eligible candidates can add the special categories i.e. KM/ TFW/ EWS at the time of
registration of application form. If the eligible candidate does not add the special category
to his/ her application form, then same will not be added after confirmation of application
form by the Candidate
5. After submission of Registration Fee, candidate have to login with Unique Application No.
and Password. Upon login, candidate will be able to fill choices online. A candidate who has
selected special category (TFW/ EWS and KM), will be able to fill choices for different Roll
Nos i.e. General Roll No. and Special Category Roll No. through same login
6. The particulars of the candidate in the Application form must exactly match the
particulars as registered in the qualifying examination. In case, if a candidate wants to
correct/update certain detail(s) (except details fetched and verified from PPP ID) submitted
in his/her online application. The Candidate may communicate with scanned handwritten
application with documents to HSTES on email at [email protected] or Toll-
Free No. 1800-137-3735 for correction/updation of certain detail(s) submitted in his/her
online application Form during the specified period.
7. The details of the candidate fetched from the PPP ID are non-editable, so all the
candidates from Haryana State will have to get his/her details updated and verified on PPP
Portal first.
8. The uploading of wrong documents shall be liable to cancel his/her candidature. If at any
stage of admission/reporting in the institute, it is found that a candidate does not fulfill the
eligibility conditions, his/her candidature will be canceled and the registration fee deposited
by him/her shall be forfeited and no further correspondence in this regard will be made by
HSTES to the candidate
9. The Registration Fees shall be deposited by the candidate Online through Debit Card/
Credit Card/ Net Banking/ Wallet/ UPI
