PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT CHECKLIST

1. Check outside and top of the shell for evidence of an impact, cracks or chemical damage.
2. Check the rim of the helmet for any impact damage, cracks or chemical damage.
3. Check that the inside base of the helmet is not deformed, cracked or broken.

5. Check headband adjusters for free movement and the remainder in adjustment.
6. Hard hat to be SABS approved.
