Executive Summary
This project aims to design and implement an
Employee Management System (EMS) for ABC
Corporation. The EMS will streamline HR
operations by providing functionalities like
employee records management, attendance tracking,
leave applications, and performance evaluations.
The system will enhance operational efficiency,
reduce errors, and improve employee satisfaction.

Goals and Objectives


Goals:

 Develop a centralized platform for managing


employee data.
