Sausage Spinach
Tortellini soup
Perfect for A cold day
INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
Hot Italian Ground Sausage ( 1. Cook Hot Italian Sausage in a pan
Mild if you don’t like spicy) 2. In the meantime, add olive oil, onion, garlic to a pot.
Cheese Tortellini 3. Add in Tomato paste
Spinach 4. Add Salt, Pepper and Red Pepper
Minced Garlic 5. Add in the cooked sausage, and chicken broth to pot.
Tomato Paste 6. Add Boursin Cheese and let it melt, cook for 10
1 Onion ( Yellow) minutes
Boursin Cheese (Garlic Herb 7. Add in tortellini to pot and cook for another 10
Blend is best) minutes
Salt & Pepper 8. Add spinach into the pot the last 2 minutes
Olive Oil 9. Serve with Parmesean Cheese on top and Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
Rotisserie Chicken or Cooked 1. Chop Onion, Garlic and add to pot with
Shredded Chicken olive oil.
3 Large Carrots 2. Cut carrots and celery into large chunks
2 Stalks of Celery and add to pot.
2 Lemons 3. Add Lemon Zest to pot
Garlic 4. Juice 2 Whole Lemons and add to pot
1 Yellow Onion 5. Leave the lemon in the pot
Chicken Broth 6. Add the chicken

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
Lean Ground Beef 1. Heat Oven to 400
Romaine Lettuce 2. Take foil and make into a big ball (May need a few
Grape Tomatoes sheets depending on size of taco shell you’d like.
Black Olives (Optional) 3. Add foil Ball underneath tortilla of choice.
Sour Cream 4. Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until crispy.
Jalapenos (Optionl) 5. Cook ground beef in olive oil
Corn 6. Once beef is cook add in the spices, Salt, Pepper,
Black Beans Paprika, Cumin, Garlic Powder, Chili Powder, and
Olive Oil 11. Assemble the salad; Add lettuce to shell and top with
all the other ingredients,

Salmon Bowl
Cooked version of a Poke Bowl
INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
1 -Salmon Filet
1/4 cup Frozen
1. Heat Air Fryer or Oven to 375
Edamame
2. Cut the salmon into chunks or leave whole

3. In a bowl add 1 tablespoon each of the Marinade
1 cup White Rice
ingredients.
1/2 Avocado 4. Add salmon to Marinade
1 sliced Persian 5. After the salmon is soaked in the Marinade for a few

Optional: 6. Cook for about 10-12 minutes

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
1 piece of Cod
1/4 of a Red Onion
1. Heat Oven to 400 degrees.
1/4 cup of Katamala Olives,

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
1 Cup of Shrimp
2 pieces of Red Leaf or Butter
1. In a pot, bring water to a boil

A fun spin on french onion soup
INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
1-2 Chicken Brasts
2-3 Onions
1. Preheat oven to 400
2 TBL Spoons Worstishire Sauce
2. Cut Onions into thin slices
1/2 Cup Beef Broth
3. Add onions to oven safe pan with olive oil and

Shrimp Scampi
INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS

Nonnas Pesto Pasta
INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
1 Cup of Pasta of Choice 1. Bring water to a boil and add
1 Cup of Parmesan Cheese the pasta
1/4 cup of Pine nuts or Walnuts 2. In a food processor add olive
(Pine nuts are preferred) oil, cheese, nuts, basil, salt
1/2 cup of Basil Fresh Basil and pepper.
2-3 Garlic Cloves 3. Once the pasta is done
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil cooking reserve some pasta
1 Teaspoon of Salt water.
