ABSTRACT
Since its inception in 2013, LEAP India has established itself as a supply chain management
leader. By 2023, it had achieved a 75% market share in pallet pooling. The company offers
innovative asset pooling solutions that can address major supply chain concerns such as
excess costs and inefficiencies.
With a strong network of 22 warehouses and innovative asset management technologies,
LEAP India provides a diverse range of products and services to fulfill the needs of its
clients. The company's focus on sustainability drives it to conserve large resources; through a
variety of projects, LEAP India has so far saved 2.2 million kilolitres of water and over 1.4
million trees.
LEAP India, which has won prizes such as "Brand of the Year 2022" from India Today
Group, aspires to be 100% tech-driven by 2027, providing effective, eco-friendly solutions
that connect manufacturers, suppliers, and retailers. This report is a partial deliverable for
developing an EVP that will attract top personnel to support the company's innovation and
growth goals.

Strengths 1. LEAP India attracts career-oriented individuals by encouraging

Weaknesses 1. Limited Flexibility with a less remote work options may discourage
candidates who prefer or seek flexible work arrangements.

variable employee satisfaction across departments potentially
impacts consideration and job satisfaction for new hires.
Opportunities 1. LEAP personnel have the opportunity to contribute to new projects
in the logistics and supply chain sectors, with an emphasis on

would allow employees to take use of training programs that
