I hope this letter finds you well, I am writing this letter to request the use
of Deen Dayal Seminar Hall for the GDG- Info Session that Coding Club
of University Hobby Club Council is hosting on 21th Oct 2023 from
11:00 am – 02:00 pm. The event is expected to attract a tech enthusiastic
from our college to support them as a torchbearer in their respective
domains of participants and leverage their tech knowledge as well as
enthusiast them to the next top and we believe that Deen Dayal Shod
Seminar Hall would be the perfect venue to accommodate them.

So, I humbly request you give us permission to use venue for respective
event.
