Laryngeal mirror Used for visualization of pharyngeal and


laryngeal areas from the back of the throat.

Suction coagulation tip Uses for removing the tonsils and adenomas by
cauterizing tissue and at the same time
sunctioning fluid,debris and plume from the
operative site.

Coblation wand Used for removing tonsils and adenomas.

Billeau ear loop Used for removing cerumen from the ear canal.

Dean ronguer Removes bone.

Myringotomy knife Used for incising the lymphatic membrane for


removal of fluid and insertion of aeration tubes.

House sickle knife Used to cut tissue in the ear canal and middle ear

Root tip pick Used to retrieve loose root fragments from


the socket after an extraction.

Often used after tooth extraction to make sure
