Important Reminders:

• Students should inform their advisor about the group members (N=4-5, see Appendix 3 for
Thematic Presentations) by the end of Week 1. There must be 7 groups in total.
• Students should choose their tasks and inform the advisors one week before the
presentation by filling out Appendix 3 on Teams.
• Each task (see Appendix 2) can only be carried out a maximum of two times by different
groups. Groups cannot take on the same task they have previously carried out.
• Each student should equally contribute to the group work.
• Lots will be drawn to determine the group codes (A-B-C-D-E-F-G) in Week 1.
• Materials (i.e., videos, podcast episodes, etc.) are supposed to be appropriate and good
enough to be displayed in class, and they should be submitted to the advisors before the
presentations.
• Students can use the computers at the library to be able to prepare any audio-visual or
written materials.
• If time permits, a question-and-answer session can be held at the end of each presentation.
• Students will receive an SAG mark for their presentation performances. They will also
receive in-class feedback from the advisors for their performances (See Appendix 4 for the
Thematic Presentation Feedback Sheet).
