1. Why should we hire you?

Ans: Am a fresher, and I don’t have any prior experience in IT, but I have the
theoretical knowledge needed for the job and seeking for a platform to showcase
my skills and to gain hands on experience and to improvise.
As I said earlier, I am a passionate and quick learner. Further, I wish to work in a
startup rather than well established organization, because I can think out of the
box and be able to testify new ideas.
And, I strongly believe that this position will enhance my knowledge and skills
which in turn leads to growth of the company.

2. Tell me about your ability to work under pressure.


Ans: I would never see any kind of work as a pressure unless you are interested
and ready to accept challenges. Yet still, if you are able to understand the bottom
line of your work, you can deliver the best out of it. And I am sure I can do it how
challenging it is.

3. What is your weakness?


Ans: As any other human I too have few weaknesses, yet I don’t call them
weakness, but those are the areas which need to be concentrated more. But, I
don’t wish to reveal them to anyone.

4. What is your strength?


Ans: As mentioned earlier, I am a quick learner and determined in achieving my
goals. I will always be eager to learn new techs, which I think as a major strength.
Further, I am flexible and a friendly person which makes easy for me to adapt to
the system.

5. How do you see yourself in next 5 years from now?


Ans: As I am fresh to IT field, I don’t know about the hierarchy or how the system
works. But I want to be a leading personal in Data Analytics, and I will be keep
learning and improving necessary skills to reach that position. And I don’t believe
in destiny. IT is like universe. I want to be learning something new day by day
which will push me next levels.

6. How good team player you are?


Ans: I strongly believe that a team can deliver better outcome than an
individual. Further, I have immense experience in organizing and coordinating a
team during various occasions in my previous jobs. And I am a jovial and flexible
person which makes me easy to mingle with the team.
