Greetings from SARA Solar energy Systems With reference to the discussions we had
with you here with we are submitting our detailed proposal for your ready reference. We are
pleased to inform you that, SARA is in manufacturing of all types of LED products like Ac Led
Street Light, Solar LED Street Light, Solar Based Lighting System, Flood Light, Panel Light &
many other Solar & Electronic instruments.

As part of its ambitious expansion plans, SARA has now entered into the Renewable
Energy Field by beginning with providing Solar Photo Voltaic energy solutions that transform
sunlight directly into electricity. Solar power systems are able to meet the ever-rising
demands for a safe, reliable and clean form of energy. These systems have the potential to
improve the quality of life, enhance safe and assured supply of electricity free of outages.

System Description

Grid Connected Solar System

The Photovoltaic (PV) Grid Connect system consists of mainly 3 components: The
Crystalline Silicon PV array, Module Mounting Structure and the Power conditioning Unit
(PCU). The C-Si module will generate the DC voltage and to increase the voltage to make it
suitable for the PCU rating we have to connect in series as per system capacity.
The output of the strings is connected to required PCU and required group of PCU’s will
work interact with the grid and fed the energy generated from solar module to the grid. The
PCU is nothing but converting the DC Power into AC power and feeding into the grid. It is
design with a high efficiency >97% with IGBT/IPM technology, it is delivering the max. Power
generated through solar modules in to grid due to its inbuilt future of MPPT operations.
The PCU is having internal self-protection in case of any fault in the grid. Also, the
PCU has inbuilt contactors/breakers with fuses for self-protections. The PCU is having inbuilt
microprocessor-based controls before starting it’s monitored the grid voltage, frequency of
the grid if it is within set value then it senses the array voltage and current then it’s start
feeding the power in the grid if all parameters are within range. In case of power gets fail the
PCU will stop working automatically. During the morning the PCU get start its own when the
power generation start from the solar module and its stop automatically when the sun set and
array is not generating any power.
Each PCU is having a remote and local data monitoring system with we can monitor
all the parameters and current energy generation & past generation for the given period.
Outputs of PCU’s are connected to Distribution boards and grid supply will be brought to
distribution boards for syncopation with the PCU.

Transaction: All Collection, transaction shall be done by SARA SOLAR ENERGY or

authorized dealer of SARA.

Installation, Testing and commissioning included in the above price.

PAYMENT TERMS: 50% Advance along with technically and commercially clear order.40%
after PV Module & Structure Installation 5% after Installation and commissioning of the work
with Net metering & Balance 5% after first bill generation with Solar Effect.

Taxes: GST 13.8%

PRICE VARIATION: Price agreed upon contract signing shall be firm during the agreed
execution period. However, Project cost escalation due to delay in clearances beyond agreed
period shall be charged extra.

WARRANTY: 5 Years from Date of Installation for the Solar Plant & 15 Years Product
warranty on materials and workmanship 30 Years Linear Performance warranty for
Solar Panels & 8 Year Warranty for the Solar Inverter.

PROJECT COMPLETION DATE: Approx. 70 Days for Installation & Commissioning of the
Solar Plant including Load Extension, Net metering. Bill Generated with the Solar Effect &
Load Distribution.

VALIDITY: This offer shall be valid for 10 days from the date of submission.
DELIVERY: Days from the Effective Date of Contract (EDC) EDC is the date of receipt of
clear order/contract along with the advance
