RE: EXPRESSION OF INTEREST OF EMPLOYMENT A PROCUREMENT OFFICER.

In reference to the above-stated subject, I therefore write to you to apply for the above stated
position in your organization. I am a young and dedicated man aged 32 years, holder of an
advanced diploma in Purchasing and Supply management from Evelyn Hone College.

With the skills and knowledge, I've acquired throughout my academic journey and the hands-
on experience gained during my tenure at Chemonics International Inc (USAID Global Health
Supply Project), Pact Zambia (USAID project), and Zesco Head Office within the Procurement
and Stores departments, I've developed a solid foundation that equips me for the
responsibilities of the position and enables me to consistently deliver results that meet the
highest standards.

I previously worked as a Assistant Procurement Officer at Pact Zambia under the USAID
Zambia Integrated Health project (ZIH) where I've further honed my expertise, expanded my
knowledge, and evolved into an efficient supply chain professional. I am confident in my
ability to make a meaningful and positive contribution to the ongoing success of your
esteemed organization. Moreover, I am eager to continue enhancing my skills and capabilities
with the support and opportunities provided by your firm.

I would be delighted if granted the opportunity to become part of your prestigious


organization, as it would undoubtedly be a significant step in my journey to become an
outstanding professional in my field. It's worth noting that I am a fully registered member of
the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply.
My proficiency extends to a wide range of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word,
PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access. In addition, I have a strong foundation in fundamental
computer operations, which I acquired while pursuing my advanced diploma in Purchasing
and Supply, and I hold a valid Zambian Class C1 driver's license.

In conclusion, I am excited about the opportunity to contribute my skills, knowledge,


and experience to your organization.. I am confident that my background in purchasing
and supply management, combined with my practical experience in both Chemonics
International Inc, Pact Zambia, and Zesco, has prepared me to excel in this role and
