COMMUNITY VIOLATION
On the above date and time, receptionist security observed the tenant of Unit 3710 walking towards the lobby
reception with her pet dog. At that point, the security officer approached the tenant and told him that keeping a
dog was against the rules of the WASL community. The tenant refused the security team's advice and also
refused to sign the violation form.
The tenant said I signed the tenancy contract, and that I could have pets in the building.
First Violation
SECURITY APPROACH – The security officer approached and explained the community policy and
keeping pet protocol and procedure. However, the tenant disagrees with the
security team's advisory.
