SECTION 03: VIOLATION INFORMATION REPORT
Description Security: Team leader Date: 10/12/2023 Time: 20:30hrs.

On the above date and time, receptionist security observed the tenant of Unit 3710 walking towards the lobby
reception with her pet dog. At that point, the security officer approached the tenant and told him that keeping a
dog was against the rules of the WASL community. The tenant refused the security team's advice and also
refused to sign the violation form.

The tenant said I signed the tenancy contract, and that I could have pets in the building.

SECURITY APPROACH – The security officer approached and explained the community policy and
keeping pet protocol and procedure. However, the tenant disagrees with the
security team's advisory.

The tenant said I had signed on tenancy contract I could keep the pet in the

SECURITY COMMENT Follow-up Update: On January 25, 2024, the security team followed up on the
initial violation to confirm whether or not the violation was corrected,
unfortunately, the tenant did not remove his pet from the unit.

On Sep 4th, 2024 at approximately 08:17hrs, the security personnel stationed at


the reception area observed in the CCTV Cameras tenant from unit-3710
registered under name Mr. Mr. Manish Arun (Nationality-Indian, 0505676648)
SECURITY COMMENT
his housemaid entered in passenger elevator from 37th floor lift lobby with his
pet dog, descend on 7th floor utilizing the podium elevator exit from the building
to take his pet dog out for walk. It should be noted that the tenant of unit-3701

has been issued multiple violations regarding the keeping of pets. The tenant
continuously non compliance with building established rules and regulations.

4th Repeated Violation

On Saturday Dec 21, 2024 at approximately 06:37hrs, the security personnel


stationed at the reception area observed in the CCTV Cameras tenant from
unit-3710 registered under name Mr. Mr. Manish Arun (Nationality-Indian,
0505676648) his housemaid entered in passenger elevator from 37 th floor lift

lobby with his pet dog, and exit from the building through loading way area to
take his pet dog out for walk. It should be noted that the tenant of unit-3701 has
been issued multiple violations regarding the keeping of pets. The tenant
continuously non compliance with building established rules and regulations.
