⚫ Select “System Config.” → “General Config.” –“Password Security Level” to set up the
password security level.

◼ When the password security level is “high”, after login with the initial password
“111111”, a mandatory password change is required. A password must be a combination
of the following 3 factors: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special
characters with the length of 8-20 characters.

◼ When the password security level is “low”, you can continue to use the initial password
“111111” for login.

2.9 Inventory Check Setting
Two inventory check methods are available: “Disable Check Lock” (default) and “Enable Check Lock”.

When “Disable Check Lock” is During inventory check, the corresponding inventory will not be
selected locked.
When “Enable Check Lock” is After an inventory check order has been created, the
selected corresponding inventory will be locked, and
the inventory will be un-locked when inventory check completes;
inventory change is not allowed until the inventory is un-locked and
the inventory check order is submitted.
⚫ After the level Ⅱ inventory is locked, it is not allowed to
inbound reagents, withdraw inbound, outbound reagents,
withdraw outbound, perform return and exchange, scrap
reagents (Level Ⅱ inventory), and transfer inventory.

⚫ After the level Ⅲ inventory is locked, it is not allowed to

outbound reagents, withdraw outbound, use the reagent
(during this period, the reagent usage reported by the
instrument is recorded as abnormal consumption), transfer
inventory (Level Ⅲ inventory), and scrap reagents (Level Ⅲ
inventory).
