What is not eligible as Off The Job hours and
should not be recorded in Aptem

• Putting together your portfolio for End Point Assessment


• In-house training that is the normal training for all employees at your place of
work and does not link directly to your apprenticeship standard.
• Workplace induction unless there is some specific training linked to your
apprenticeship and its new to you.
• Maths and English level 2 courses (functional skills)
• Progress /tripartite reviews
