Our brand symbolizes all the values

that HIMOINSA stands for, and it
should always be shown in a clear and
readable way. It is vibrant, stimulating,
but also fresh and uncomplicated.

It should never be altered in any

way, under any circumstances. This
is helpful in terms of legal protection
and also contributes to its worldwide
recognition.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Dealer name used throughout
this book is fictitious, like color and
logo.
It has only been used for example
purposes.

In the following pages we include the

different applications, vertical and
horizontal, as well as the proportions
and different combination posibilities
allowed for the HIMOINSA brand with
that of a distributor. That is why we
have placed it next to “Energy Box,” a
fictitious distributor name.

The legend “OFFICIAL DISTRIBUTOR”

will always be placed over a banner
in our corporate gray. (Pantone 432 or
85% black accordingly).

The distributor logo will be on a color

banner to 60% corporate gray. OFFICIAL

Basic guidelines for the correct

combination of the HIMOINSA
OFFICIAL DISTRIBUTOR OFFICIAL DISTRIBUTOR
identifier with that of the official
distributor.

Under no circumstances can the

distributor use HIMOINSA’s corporate
identity on its own, without adding the
distributor’s brand.
OFFICIAL DISTRIBUTOR
Under no circumstances is it allowed to
modify HIMOINSA’s identifier, its colors
or proportions. The original designs
shown in this guide are the ones that
should be used.

The distributor’s logo will be shown on

a color banner, at 60 % corporate gray.

HIMOINSA’s identifier is white on a red

banner, which is an essential part of
the visual identity.

Contrast is very important. If for

some reason we cannot use white on
HIMOINSA RED, we can use white on
the color of the publication or event.

HIMOINSA has a special corporate color:

To achieve the desired visual effect, we

must use the adequate color system for
every project.

preferably in the upper right corner. It
will be top aligned vertically with the
distributor’s logo. Horizontally it will be
aligned with the right border of the body

The DISTRIBUTOR/HIMOINSA hierarchy

must be respected, and the distributor’s
logotype must be predominant. We
will always use the legend “OFFICIAL
DISTRIBUTOR” next to the HIMOINSA
identifier, respecting its protective space.

Distributors must always display their logo
more prominently than HIMOINSA’s.
The business card must include clearly the
name of the distributor and their logo, to

entities.

The distributor might choose to use the

There are different ways of making ad

formats. In some cases we can provide an
already made HIMOINSA ad where the
distributor logo can be included.There are
also cases in which our distributor creates
its owns ad that want to include our brand
(either alone or combined with other
suppliers).

Here is the guideline on how to approach

the above. Please always contact our
Marketing Department to get the approval
for the final art of advertising.

Important Note: Never change the elements

of the HIMOINSA ad (fonts and colors).
Texts can only be changed if previously
agreed with HIMOINSA.
