About the Research & Development Team


Cohesity’s mission is to enable companies of all sizes to bring order to their data chaos. It’s the
Research and Development team’s role to make a product that makes it simple for businesses to
organize their data with a next-gen data management platform. As a part of the R&D team,
engineers and leaders come together without ego to develop new innovations and creative solutions

What's Required To Be An NCG @ Cohesity


● Actively pursuing a degree in Computer Science
● Strong programming skills in any of C, C++, Go, Python, Java or Angular/JS
● Proficient in Data Structure, Algorithms and Systems Design
● Enjoy solving difficult problems and possess critical thinking abilities
● Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
● Willing to take on difficult problems with a positive demeanor

Eligibility
● BE/B.Tech (Computer Science)
● 8 cgpa and above with no backlogs
● Graduating in 2025
