Job Profile • Job Designation: Software Engineer • Place of Posting: Bangalore/ Remote

seeking skilled and motivated Software Development Engineers (SDEs) to join our agile team
and contribute to the development of robust and feature-rich web applications. As an SDE at
ACHNET, you will be a crucial part of our mission to create exceptional user experiences and
drive innovation in technology. Role and Responsibilities: As an SDE focusing on web
application development, you will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle,
from requirements analysis to deployment. You will work collaboratively within an agile team,
often as an individual contributor, to create, enhance, and maintain various modules that
constitute our expansive product platform. Your key responsibilities will include: Collaborating
with cross-functional teams to understand design specifications and requirements for web
applications. Developing web applications using a technical stack that includes Microsoft
Technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MongoDB, Redis, Python and other relevant
open-source frameworks. Conducting thorough requirements analysis, application
development, documentation, and testing within an agile development environment. Designing,
coding, and debugging applications and systems using a variety of software tools and
programming languages. Ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of developed
applications. Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the
following skills and qualifications: Strong understanding of data structures and their application
in software development. Knowledge of Machine Learning Models like YOLO, LLM, NER etc. is
good to have. Experience or exposure to developing object-oriented programming (OOP)
solutions. Proficiency in styling front-end web pages using CSS, HTML, and JavaScript based
on design specifications. Knowledge or experience in interfacing applications with NoSQL
databases like Redis or MongoDB is a plus. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree
in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in web application development and a strong portfolio showcasing your
projects. Proficiency in relevant programming languages, tools, and technologies. Prior
experience working in an agile development environment is highly beneficia
