(Revised Picnic Schedule for All Classes)
Dear Parent,

The revised picnic schedule for all classes is as follows:

*Rs.1150/- includes Transport, Entry Ticket, Adventure activities, Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks & Taxes.

Please deposit the Picnic charges with your ward’s class teacher before the last date of payment as
mentioned above. The picnic charges are non-refundable as these are paid to the travel agent in advance.
This picnic trip is optional and not compulsory for students.

Dress Code: Please follow the dress code as given below:


 Classes III to V – Track Suit.
 Classes VI to XII – School House Uniform.
Note:
 All students must carry their School ID Card or a slip with name, address & phone nos. in their
pockets.
 Water bottle can be sent from home.
 Outside food is not allowed at the Picnic spot.
 Students not going for picnic will have a holiday on the picnic day of their class.
 Students (very strictly) are not allowed to carry mobile phones, Cameras, I-Pods or any other
electronic gadgets. In case any of these items are found, they will be confiscated.
 Parents can collect their ward(s) from the school at 5.45 pm.
 Please refer to page 49 of school diary for do’s and don’ts and other important instructions.

Parents who are interested to send their ward(s) for the picnic are requested to send their consent on the
consent form attached below. Consent Form will not be accepted after due dates mentioned above as
transport arrangement has to be made in advance. No student will be allowed to go for picnic without
parent’s consent.

or disease & is physically and mentally fit to go for the picnic trip. I/We will not hold the school
management, the transporter or the travel agent responsible in case of any unforeseen mishap/incident
during the picnic trip. I/We will pick-up my/our ward from school as per the timings given in the circular.
