The Annual Picnic is more than just a fun day out—it’s an essential part of students’ life! It offers students a break
from their academic routines, fosters stronger bonds with peers, and encourages holistic growth through
experiencing team work and challenging activities.
We are thrilled to announce an exciting Annual Picnic for Grade X and XII! A day filled with adventure,
laughter, and unforgettable memories awaits us at “Elevate”, Team Sports and Adventure
Theme park at Gurgaon—a premium venue offering a truly unique and exciting array of activities,
far surpassing anything we have done in the previous years along with delicious meals.
Details of menu:
1. Welcome drink – Aam Panna, Jaljeera
2. Breakfast – Aloo bhaji, poori, Veg Sandwich, Mix Pakoda, Tea and Coffee
3. Lunch – Dal Makhni/Rajma (any one), Paneer Lababdar, Mix Veg, Peas Pulao, Noodles, Manchurain,
Assorted breads (Tandoori roti, Naan, Missi roti), Raita, Papad, Salad and pickle.
4. Dessert – Gulab Jamun/Rasgulla (any one option)
Last day to submit the amount is 24th December 2024. If you want to submit the amount on 23rd
December too, then you can come in School uniform in morning at 8:15 am and can leave after
submitting it to CT’s through outpass.
Encourage your child to be part of this enriching fun filled experience. Interested students are requested
to read the guidelines and then fill in the consent form and send the amount to the class teacher before
the desired date.

PARENTS & STUDENTS MUST READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION
CAREFULLY
1. Students are expected to maintain responsible & respectful behavior towards their fellow trip mates and
teachers all the time.
2. Students are expected to follow the instructions given by the assigned teacher.
3. Mobile phones are strictly not allowed in trip due to various safety reasons.
4. Students are expected to follow the trip guideline & non-negotiable disciplinary norms, otherwise, it
may result in disciplinary action.
5. Students must be in Winter / Third uniform. They can wear comfortable shoes.
6. Students are expected not to carry cash or any valuables as school will not hold any responsibility of any
item brought by the students.
7. Students going themselves at the time of dispersal on 27th December, have to bring an application duly
signed by parents. Please ensure that application must be submitted to the concerned teachers in the
morning only.
8. Reporting Time: 8:15 am
Departure Time: 8:30 am
Arrival Time : 5:30 pm
NOTE:
As per the logistics, minimum number of students are required is 80 for the trip.
