DescripAon:
Policies, Processes & Procedures
•
Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operaAng procedures, and
instrucAons so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Day- to-day operaAons
•
Follows the day-to-day operaAons related to own job to ensure conAnuity of work
Job Specific AccountabiliAes
•
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lighAng, control systems, connectors,
and circuit boards.
•
Set up and maintain various electrical equipment such as motors, generators, and control panels,
ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
•
Diagnose electrical issues using diagnosAc tools and equipment. Perform repairs and replacements
as needed to ensure proper system funcAonality.
•
Replace outdated or faulty components and systems to enhance performance and meet current
electrical codes and standards.
•
Use diagnosAc tools such as mulAmeters, oscilloscopes, and insulaAon resistance testers to idenAfy
and troubleshoot electrical faults.
•
Configure and test control panels for machinery, including seRng up programmable logic controllers
(PLCs) and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
•
Analyze system performance issues and implement correcAve measures to restore proper operaAon.
•
Perform electrical tests to verify the integrity and funcAonality of systems, including conAnuity tests,
insulaAon resistance tests, and voltage measurements.
•
Complete and submit detailed work orders, including descripAons of work performed, parts used,
and any follow-up acAons required.
•
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records for all electrical systems and equipment.
•
Prepare and deliver reports on system performance, maintenance acAviAes, and any significant
issues or recommendaAons.
•
Conduct inspecAons of electrical systems and equipment to idenAfy potenAal issues. Perform rouAne
and prevenAve maintenance to prevent system failures.
•
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, maintenance logs, and
inventory of parts and materials used.
•
Work closely with other technicians, engineers, and departments to complete projects efficiently and
effecAvely. Assist in training junior technicians as needed.
•
Preferably with experience in the control systems for water treatment units, compressors.

QualificaAon & Experience:
•
Diploma in Electrical Maintenance or any related
•
Required years of experience (3-8 years in the manufacturing field, preferably in pharmaceuAcals)
