Charles C. Steidel (born October 14, 1962) is an
American astronomer, and Lee A. DuBridge Professor Charles C. Steidel
of Astronomy at California Institute of Technology.[2] Born October 14, 1962
Ithaca, New York, US

He graduated from Princeton University with an AB in MacArthur Fellows Program
Astrophysical Sciences, and from California Institute
