PROJECT TITLE: A proposed Two-Storey, Two Bedroom Single-Attached Residential Project on an
R-2 zone with a five percent (5%) slope
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM:
A young couple has decided that their R-2 zoned property with a Total Lot Area (TLA) of 75
square meters and located in Marikina, shall host their dream house.
PROJECT SITE FEATURES:
The Project Site is a corner lot, with a 7.50-meter wide frontage facing North. The Project Site
uniformly slopes at 5% towards the north with a 12-meter wide street, i.e. the road right-of-
way (RROW) that is relatively flat and which has 2.0m wide sidewalks (which includes a 0.80-m
wide planting strip) at both sides. The surface of the center of the Project Site frontage is
considered as elevation 0.0-m. The East side of the lot is also bounded by another 12-meter
wide street.
