Terms & Conditions


Payment
Payment Methods:
Bank Transfer: Details will be provided upon request.
Cash Payment: Paid in Mawared HR’s HQ.
Digital Payment: InstaPay & Vodafone Cash.

Implementation:
An additional 10% Fee is added to the beginning subscription fees
and can be paid through quarter payments.

Discounts
Discounts are only applied to annual payments.

Offer Validation
Offer is valid for two weeks (14 days) from the initial date sent.
Offer is valid on employee increase during the starting year of service.

Tier Increase
·If tier is increased the extra cost will be applied prorated for the
remainder of the year.
·Tier increases cannot be reversed throughout the year.

Trial
A free trial of one week is activated automatically after account setup.

Support Availability
Support is available from Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
(Cairo Time).
