Important Instructions

General Instructions

1. Please carry the following to the test center without fail, else you will not be allowed to take the test:
(a) A print-out of the admit card - with a recent passport size photograph with white background affixed in the space
provided (Don't Staple/Pin. Use glue).
(b) A valid Identity Proof – Anyone from the listed identity cards in original (Voter Identity Card / Passport / PAN Card /
Driving License / Photo ID card issued by Central / State Govt / Nationalised Bank Passbook with photograph(with seal
and signature) / Credit or Debit Cards issued by Banks with laminated photograph).

2. All electronic gadgets are banned inside the examination hall (Cell phones, Pocket Music Players, Tablet PC,
Calculators, etc.). Kindly refrain from carrying these to the test center. eLitmus neither assures you, nor is responsible for
safekeeping of these.

3. You are advised to reach the venue 15 minutes before the ‘Reporting Time’. You may not be allowed to take the test if you
are late.

4. The pH test is of 2 hours duration. Adding the 30 minutes of pre-test formalities, the pH whole test process should
complete in 2hr 30mins from the ‘Reporting Time’.

5. In the examination hall, you must sit according to your HALL ID, printed in the top right corner of your Admit card.

6. Typically results are declared within 18 days from the test date. In the event of any delay eLitmus will inform you in
advance.

Data Verification:
1. All data entered while registering at eLitmus.com should be accurate as per the data in your Mark sheets. Any
misrepresentation of data / discrepancy may lead to your permanent disqualification from eLitmus system.

2. In case any of the data is not matching or is incorrect, please fill the correct data (as per your original Marks Sheets) in the
Discrepancy column provided in the Admit card. You are advised to mark discrepancies before the start of the test; otherwise
you may lose valuable time during the test. The eLitmus team will update your data from the back end.

3. Name, Date of Birth and Father/Mother’s name should be as per your 10th Std. Marks card.

4. Here are a few guidelines that will help you verify the data yourself:
(a) The table below shows an example of the correct and incorrect way of filling the name:

(b) Father/ Mother’s name – Please use the name representation as shown above.
(c) You need to fill Prefinal% field only if you have NOT completed your degree. Provide the aggregate marks available
for semesters completed till now.
(d) If you have completed your course and have marks available for all the semesters, you have to mandatorily fill the
Aggregate % field. This field is the aggregate percentage of all years/semesters of your course. If filled, this field will
override Prefinal% field.
(e) Ensure your profile is complete and updated. In case you are a PG student then make sure you have entered you
PG details as well. In case you have missed entering your PG details, then please update the same as soon as
possible. Log in to your eLitmus account, Go to Profile => Educational details, click on the add PG details link at the end
of the screen and enter the details.
(f) Ensure that the “College”, “Branch” and “University” details are entered correctly. Avoid entering “Others” or “Deemed
university” under the Branch and University fields.
