1. Opening the Meeting

School Head:
"Good evening, everyone. Thank you for taking the time to join today’s meeting. As you all
know, we are here to discuss pressing issues in education today and to formulate policies
that can address these challenges effectively. Let us start by introducing ourselves briefly.
Please state your role for this meeting."

[Participants Introduce Themselves]

School Head:
"Thank you. Let me now present the agenda for today’s meeting:

1. Identifying key issues in education.

2. Discussing possible solutions.
3. Formulating policies and resolutions.
Let us ensure we respect everyone’s ideas and maintain a collaborative atmosphere.
Let’s begin with the first item."

2. Discussion Phase

School Head:
"To start, I would like to ask each representative to share their perspective on the key
challenges facing education today. Let’s begin with the Alumni Representative."

Alumni Representative:
"Thank you. From my perspective, one major issue is the lack of engagement between
schools and alumni. Alumni can play a critical role in mentoring students, funding projects,
and offering internships. However, there seems to be a disconnect that needs to be
addressed."
School Head:
"Thank you. Let’s hear from the NGO Representative next."

NGO Representative:
"I appreciate the opportunity to speak. I’ve noticed that funding gaps often limit educational
access, particularly for underprivileged students. Collaborations between schools and NGOs
can help bridge this gap by providing digital tools, scholarships, and training programs."

School Head:
"Thank you. Now, I’d like to invite the Church Representative to share their thoughts."

Church Representative:
"Thank you. The Church has always emphasized moral education and community building.
One issue we’ve observed is the growing neglect of values education in schools. We believe
that integrating values-based programs can significantly benefit students and the community
at large."

School Head:
"Thank you. Lastly, let’s hear from the Student Leaders."

Student Leaders:
"As student leaders, we’ve noticed several challenges. First, mental health issues among
students are on the rise, and many feel unsupported. Second, digital access remains a
barrier for many, especially during online learning. Lastly, the curriculum doesn’t fully prepare
us for the demands of the modern workforce."

School Head:
"Thank you all for your valuable insights. Let’s move on to brainstorming solutions. What are
some actionable steps we can take to address these issues?"

[Open Discussion Phase: Representatives share ideas and debate solutions.]

3. Decision-Making Phase

School Head:
"Based on our discussion, we have identified the following policies to address the issues:

1. Strengthen alumni engagement through mentorship programs and networking

events.
2. Partner with NGOs to provide digital devices and scholarships to underprivileged
students.
3. Introduce values education programs in collaboration with the Church.
4. Establish mental health support services in schools, including counseling and
awareness campaigns.
5. Form a curriculum review committee to integrate modern skills and workforce
preparation into the syllabus.

Does everyone agree with these resolutions?"

[Participants Voice Agreement or Suggest Modifications]

School Head:
"Thank you for your collaboration. Let us now summarize the actions we will take moving
forward."

4. Closing the Meeting

School Head:
"Before we conclude, does anyone have any final comments or questions? [Pause for input.]
Thank you all for your active participation and respectful engagement. We will document
today’s resolutions and share the minutes with everyone. Have a great day!"
