Project Objective:

• To make a suitable and secure system for restaurant to enter and


store the information of the stuff.
• To save time and hassle for order and restaurant management.
• To upgrade from a paper-based system to computerized system.
• To lessen the risk of losing records and make it less time
consuming in jotting data.
• To make it easier to calculate the bill and pay it digitally.

Application:

• This system can store owner, Manager, Chef, Customer, Waiter


information and login info.
• This system allows owner and manager accessibility to
everywhere.
• An excellent interface for chef and waiter communication. This
can save time specially crowdy restaurant.
• Also easily save billing information for business progress check
by restaurant owner.
• Interesting fact like food challenge, food order and donate
money for helpless people also handle by it.
Home Page

• This is the homepage of our restaurant. Four part for managed a


restaurant,
• OWNER > Manager > Chef > Customer.
Owner Login

➢ Here, the system check the id and password is correct or not, if email and
password are not correct it will show a “email or password is incorrect”
message. If the email and and password is correct and it will take you to the
next page.
Owner Pannel

Here, Owner can add another owner, waiter ,manager, chef and also edit name
,email,password or existing data for login. Owner also can see customer review.

➢ Owner can delete any other member from the restaurant.


Manager Login

Here manager and owner both can login. If the email and password matched.

Manager Panel
➢ Here Manager can see menu, customer details, bill of customer of
restaurant.And manager also edit existing item name,price,quantity, add
new dish to the menu.He can delete item from the menu.

Chef Login Page

➢ Here Chef Manager and Owner can login as Chef put their email and
password.

Chef Pannel page

➢ Here Chef can increase food quantity.


➢ Chef can see Customer menu and customer order.
➢ If made customer order then he update it by write “Made”, after then the
waiter came to him and take the food particular table.
Customer Login

➢ Here customer can resister, after resister he can able to login. If customer
resister past days then he can login using his email & password.
Customer Page

➢ Here customer can see restaurant menu.


➢ Customer can order multiple item.
➢ After that if customer clicked on my bill then the table view show his/her
order and bill after calculating discount.
➢ Here is an interesting thing that is food challenge if customer want to see
it then it took him/her to the next page.
Challenge Page

➢ Now a days, a new thing come into restaurant business policy and it is
food challenge. If customer win this challenge then the food price is
completely free or had to pay the bill.
➢ For this reason customer attraction is increasing day by day.
➢ And most of the people who lose this challenge they again come to the
restaurant for bit the challenge.
➢ Is this social media generation this new feature is very famous day by
day.
➢ Here a timer set – Before the time duration if customer finished the item
he/she win. Otherwise customer lose the challenge.
Bill Pay Page

➢ In this page, customer can review about food and service.


➢ Also he can pay money by digital banking system or mobile banking
system and this data stored by restaurant database.
➢ Customer also donate extra change for helpless people.
About Page

➢ This is the about page of our restaurant project. As an Owner we called


our respected supervisor Muhammad Nazmul Arefin.
➢ I Mohammad Fahim Muntasir Akib and my teammate MD. Ismail had
grateful to him for this lovely opportunity to make a QT GUI APP in this
2nd semester.
➢ And special thanks to our seniors [ Honourable mention : Anas Ansary
and Javed Iqbal Joy] who helped us in our project.

Conclusion
➢ This is a C++ app. We worked it in Graphical User Interface [GUI] QT.
This is computer based software which background data handling by
SQL lite database.
➢ Using this type of app a restaurant owner can easily run his restaurant.
Each and every feature is outstanding.
➢ In Bangladesh this type of app using 7Days restaurant, ChotroMetro
restaurant and so many.

order so that he/she made customer order.

➢ Customer can login here if he/she registered ago. If customer didn’t


register then customer should register here. After that customer can login.
Customer Panel

➢ Here customer can see menu by breakfast, Lunch, snacks, dinner, combo
items.
➢ Customer can order multiple time, and also can cancel order.
➢ Customer can give review.
Billing

➢ After calculating discount and total bill, this is the memo card. Customer
can take this memo with him/her.

➢ So, this is our project. We work on QT GUI APP and also


C++ console application. After doing huge amount of hard
working this is the result. In QT app as a data collecting
objects is SQL LITE DATABASE, and in console app data
collecting in text file.
