Circular – Picnic to Paradise Funland

Dear Parents,

We are excited to announce that Eva World School is organizing a one-day picnic to Paradise Funland at
Padgha, Thane, on 23rd December 2024, for students of Grades 1 to 12 in collaboration with authorized
travel agency (Compass Holidays). Please read the following details carefully and complete the consent
form below.

Itinerary:

• 07:45 a.m.: Assemble at school in proper PE uniform.


• 08:00 a.m.: Departure by bus to Paradise Funland.
• 09:15 a.m. to 09:45 a.m.: Arrival and breakfast.
• 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.: Enjoy amusement rides.
• 12:30 p.m. to 01:30 p.m.: Lunch & Change.
• 01:30 p.m. to 03:00 p.m.: Enjoy the water park.
• 03:00 p.m. to 04:00 p.m.: Freshen up and enjoy candy floss, popcorn, and ice cream.
• 04:00 p.m. to 04:30 p.m.: Board the bus and depart back to school.
• 05:30 p.m. to 05:45 p.m.: Arrival at school with sweet memories. The tour ends.

Things to Carry:

• One extra set of clothes to change into


• Towel and other essentials

Cost: The cost for the picnic is Rs. 1,050/- per student, to be paid on or before 23rd November 2024.
Please note that no entries will be considered after the last date, and once bookings are confirmed, we
will not be able to offer any refunds or transfers.

Payment Mode: Please submit a cash payment of Rs. 1050/- along with the signed consent form, enclosed
in a sealed envelope, at the school.

a student of Grade [____] at Eva World School, give my consent for my child to participate in the
one-day picnic to Paradise Funland at Padgha, Thane, on 23rd December 2024.

I understand that the picnic will include activities such as amusement rides, water park fun, and
other recreational activities as outlined in the picnic details. I acknowledge that my child will be
under the supervision of the trained travel agency and school staff and that all necessary safety
precautions will be taken during the trip.

I also understand that the total cost of the picnic is Rs. 1,050/-, which will be paid to the school by
23rd November 2024. I am aware that no entries will be considered after the last date, and once
bookings are confirmed, no refunds or transfers will be allowed.

I hereby agree to the following:

• To ensure my child arrives at school by 07:45 a.m. in proper PE uniform.


• To ensure my child brings the necessary items, including an extra set of clothes, towel, and
other essentials.
• To inform the school of any medical conditions or special requirements my child may have.

I understand and agree that the travel agency and school will do their best to ensure the
safety of all students during the trip. However, in the event of any unforeseen or unnatural
incident, I will not hold the travel agency or the school responsible for any harm or injury
that may occur.
