Important Instructions

1. It is Mandatory to bring a printout of this Roll Number Slip on a test day along with your Original CNIC/ If you are
under 18 then Original B-Form is acceptable along with Original Intermediate Result Card with Picture Identity.(Mandatory)
2. Please bring Clipboard and Ball Pen (Black or Blue) to fill OMR or Bubble Sheet to answer MCQs. Lead Pencil,
Fountain Pen or Marker shall not be used to fill OMR or Bubble Sheet.
3. Electronic devices including Mobile Phone, Smart Watch & Calculator are not allowed in examination hall.
4. Roll Number Slip is being issued provisionally subject to verification of Test Fee. No entry into examination hall
without Roll Number Slip , Original CNIC/ If you are under 18 then Original B-Form is acceptable along with Original
Intermediate Result Card with Picture Identity, else candidate will not be allowed to sit in the exam.
5. Result will be declared on the verification of fee submitted by the candidate.

Note: There are no arrangements to collect mobiles from candidates. You are requested not to bring
Mobile Phones in the Test Premises.
