and Theological Seminary or Bible College
(Original Certificates have to be shown at issuance of entrance Examination Card)
4. A copy of transcripts of records from College/University and Theological
Seminary/Bible College
5. An up to date medical report.
6. Two Letters of recommendation
a. From the applicant’s church officials
b. From Professor of theological seminary of Bible College from
where the applicant obtained Master degree.
7. Two character references
a. Denominational reference from Association/Convention/Diocese/
Synod/Conference.
b. From the supervisor/director of your present occupation (Institution/
Church/Agency)
8. Financial guarantee

GENERAL INFORMATION
1. No duplicate copy (type-written/hand-written) of the application form will be accepted.
2. The last date for submitting application form is November 30 , 2024 (Friday – 3:00 p.m)
3. Incomplete and late application submitted after application deadline will not be accepted.
4. Date of entrance examination January 24 , 2025 (Friday), 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon.
5. Application fee: K 10,000 per copy.
6. All documents must come together in one package.
