Job Title: Backend Developer with Full Stack and DevOps Expertise

Location: Remote (India)

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Salary: ₹30,000/month + Performance Bonus of ₹10,000 (Total: ₹1,00,000)

About Us:
Bulk Global Tech is a growing tech company specializing in building advanced web applications
and SaaS solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Backend Developer with full
stack development capabilities and DevOps experience to join our team and lead the
development of two key projects over the next three months.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Backend Developer who is proficient in backend development, with the
ability to handle some full stack tasks and basic DevOps responsibilities. The ideal candidate
will take charge of the architecture and documentation of our projects, lead a small team, and
ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products. The selected candidate will work on:

1. Agency Website:
○ Includes admin, role-based team, client/partner, and outsourcing partner logins.
○ Development of a front-facing website for the agency.
2. Tax Consultancy SaaS:
○ Building a tax consultancy platform with a supporting website where we offer our
services.

Development of an Android/iOS app for partners only and there is 50% similarity between
projects and 50% features of each project having more than other one.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the backend development and some full stack aspects of both projects.
● Design the architecture and documentation of the web applications.
● Manage and assign tasks to the team using Jira, ClickUp, or other project
management tools.
● Guide a team of 4 developers (2 experienced full stack developers and 2 virtual
interns).
● Daily Scrum Meetings to ensure progress and remove blockers for the team.
● Work in weekly sprints, dedicating a minimum of 6 hours daily if work is on track, with
the flexibility to work longer when needed.
● Ensure delivery of milestones within deadlines and maintain high-quality coding
standards.
● Provide regular reports to management on the progress of each team member and the
overall project status.
● Handle basic DevOps tasks needed for deployment and scaling of the applications.

Qualifications:

● 3+ years of backend development experience, with proven expertise in building


scalable web applications.
● Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Express, Next.js, MongoDB,
and other backend technologies.
● Experience with frontend frameworks like React and Next.js.
● Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
● Ability to lead and mentor a team, especially in a remote setup.
● Strong understanding of API development, microservices architecture, and RESTful
services.
● Experience with documentation and architecting web applications.
● Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
