Dear Ma'am/Sir,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing my explain about my absences
from classes.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to attend classes this past few
weeks. Because, I have been taking care of my mom, who has a disability, and as
the only available family member at home, I needed to be present to taking care
of her during this time.

However, I am pleased to inform you that my brother will be returning from his
work in Cavite this week and He's arriving in Manila, which allows me to return to
class this week. I am committed to catching up on any missed assignments and
lessons.

I understand the importance of education and i am committed to catching up on


missed lessons and assignments. I kindly ask for your understanding and any
guidance on how i can make up for the work i missed during this period.
