GOALS

1. Maintain a Higher Standard of Safety: Security and safety are our top priorities,
and we are committed to delivering a secured environment that ensures the utmost
safety.
2. Professionalism and Ethics: Our training and mentoring sessions uphold the
highest standards of professionalism and ethics, safeguarding the interests of our
clients.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Our Quoted Rate Includes:

o Trained manpower

o Internal verification

o Uniforms and shoes

o Security tools

o Overheads and management fees

o Weekly off and reliever charges

• The quote is based on the current structure as per the Shop & Establishment Act
under which the company is registered.

• Services shall be provided 7 days a week for 8/12-hour shifts.

• Any services rendered beyond the stipulated duty hours will be charged extra.

• Staff will wear company uniforms while on duty.

• All work will be carried out under our supervision.

• Payments should be made within 7 days of submitting our monthly invoices.

• Mobilization time will be 15 days from the receipt of your Purchase Order (PO) or
Work Order (WO).

SECURITY SERVICES

• Control of in-and-out vehicle movements within the company’s scope,


authenticated by the client.
• Reporting maintenance requirements in any area.

• Incident reporting within the client premises.

• Personnel frisking by our staff.

• Visitor records managed by our staff.

• Scheduled night patrolling by our team.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adherence to all security norms through the implementation of client processes.

• Daily reporting of left personal belongings, lost items, and coordination with other
departments.

• Coordination with the client’s core team to keep emergency escape paths clear of
obstructions.

• Collaboration with the client for hygiene and other relevant audits to follow health
and safety protocols.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Provide qualified and trained manpower in accordance with contract requirements.

• Supply suitable uniforms to all staff.

• Maintain all records related to staff salaries, wages, and benefits at our offices,
available for inspection.

FACILITIES FOR G4S STAFF

• All staff receive their wages/salaries before the 10th of every month.
• Each staff member, including supervisors, is provided with two sets of uniforms and
shoes annually.

• Comprehensive medical check-ups are conducted for all employees, with reports
maintained in our office records.

HRD FUNCTIONS

• Annual and semi-annual evaluations/appraisals for all staff, along with systematic
training and promotion programs under the guidance of our Training Managers.

• Training includes:

o Proper use of equipment and cleaning agents.

o Safe working procedures.

o Standard protocols for accidents and emergencies.

• Regular reorientation and refresher courses for existing staff.

• Induction programs for new employees.

• Decisions regarding termination or transfer of G4S employees will remain at the sole
discretion of G4S management. However, exceptional cases of indiscipline or
insubordination affecting the client relationship will be addressed on a case-by-
case basis.
