SikaColor® Flo Liquid Colors are pre dispersed


metal oxide pigments containing high pigment
solids in an aqueous base liquid.

SikaColor® Flo Liquid Colour is a water


based liquid colour containing proprietary
chemicals for dispersion and suspension
of the metal oxide pigments. All Colour
products are thixotropic in nature, which
means they remain thick when standing
for an extended period.

Usage

The use of colours and the ColorSelect® PC Liquid


dispensing System provides an easy handling, dust
free environment for integral colouring of:
Concrete Blocks & Pavers
Concrete Floors
Vertical Precast
Poured in Place Concrete

Advantages

SikaColor® Flo Liquid Colour is a water based liquid


colour containing proprietary chemicals for dispersion
and suspension of the metal oxide pigments. All
Colour products are thixotropic in nature, which
means they remain thick when standing for an
extended period.

Composition

Inorganic Metal Oxide in aqueous solution.

Shelf life

12 months from date of production if stored


properly in original, unopened packaging, at
temperatures between +5°C and +35°C.

Storage conditions

Store at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C.


Protect SikaColor® Flo from direct sunlight and
freezing.

Frost: If frozen and/or if precipitation has


occurred, SikaColor® Flo may be used after
thawing slowly at room temperature and
intensive mixing.

Compatibility

SikaColor® Flo may be combined with many


other Sika Concrete Admixtures.

Important: Always conduct trials before


combining products in specific mixes and contact
our Technical Service Department for information
and advice about any specific combinations.

DISPENSING

SikaColor® Flo should be agitated prior to use to


insure uniformity.

For a zero-slump application, SikaColor® Flo is


added just after the pre-wetted aggregate and
before the cement addition. This allows the
aggregate to distribute the colour uniformly,
which will promote an even distribution of
pigment particles on the surface of the cement
crystals.

For ready mix applications, SikaColor® Flo may be


added in front, during the batching or at the end
of the batch cycle.
