A.
Engineer Level II Engineer Level III Will take care of systems, backups, Servers and Will take care of all systems, Basic server networking. Domain and routing issues if and backup System maintenance. All other complicated will be sorted by the office support issues will get support from office staff staff.
* Engineer Level I All issues will be taken care of, only in extreme issues office support will be required.

Response Time and Resolution Mon to Sat 10:30 to 7:00 Pm ( Except Sundays and Holidays ) Support from Online ( telephonic support ) Engineer Immediate. Additional Remote Support from In-house Help Desk Immediate Further Assistance from Engineers if issue cannot be solved online will be done same day, provided call is made before 1:00Pm. All calls after 2:00 Pm will be attended on before 1pm next working day. Although in emergencies we will send the engineer ASAP. Rs 2500/- Per Desktop System Per Annum Rs 15000/- Per Server Per Annum

Terms and Conditions : Above cost is exclusive of service tax and Vat. ( Service Tax @ 10.3 %, Vat @ 12.5 % on Rack and UPS and 5% on System Equipments ). Assistance for replacement of computer parts which are in warranty will be done by the onsite engineer. However any upgrades / cost asked by the 3rd party for providing additional parts / support will be borne by you. If services for more engineers are required temporarily this will be charged on a pro-rata basis. Any type of migration / shifting, etc may be chargeable if more engineers required for the same and should be intimated to us 3 days prior. Preventive measures and maintenance suggested by us should be implemented for smooth functioning of networks and computers within it. Support for Hardware / Software includes, finding issues and trying to resolve them however if the product requires replacement / upgrade the cost for the same may be additional. Clear Intentions will not be liable to provide any hardware incase of failure. Repairing charges for hardware will be extra if any. 3rd party issues e.g. Camera systems, Intranet site / web servers, Access card management; ERP Systems, etc will be sorted by the third party or jointly with us. Although all precautions will be taken for preventing any data loss and all efforts will be made for recovery incase of data damage or data corruption, under no circumstances will Clear Intentions be responsible for any data loss. Issues related to printer and UPS may require third party intervention and support for same will be jointly taken care by us. Maintenance of the Fax machines, Xerox machines will not be done by us. Although Co-ordination for the same can be done by the onsite engineer. Visits will be billed on a per visit per issue basis e.g if there are two issues in a single visit then the billing will be done as two visits. Any Visit which may be done and determined that there is a hardware failure or hardware replacement is needed this visit will also be billed even if the issue seems not to be resolved.
