EXPERIENCE AND JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

 Responsible for facility activities including, but not limited to safety, environmental and
regulatory compliance, and testing.
 Maintained production standards and targets as well as identified areas for process improvement.
 Possessed basic machinery/system technical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of
computerized maintenance management systems.
 Understood planning and scheduling techniques associated with asset care management.
 Ensure that equipment are maintained in good and safe working condition.

 Field Operator responsibilities are to adjust temperature,steam control, pressure, vacuum,
compressor, flowrate, feed and transfer.
 Provide assistance to junior operators in their assigned responsibilities.
 Work under the guidance of Supervisor to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely
manner.
 Identify and report unsafe operations to Supervisor immediately.
 Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality.
 Preparing technical documentation for tender submission.
 Preparation of Techno-commercial proposals for STP, ETP, CETP, WTP to meet
customer/ tender requirement.
 Reviewing process design calculations of Waste Water Treatment Plants of all Technologies.
 To report and coordinate with Department Manager.
 To learn the product knowledge and Product design.
 To coordinate in sales team for preparing product proposal.
 Contribute to waste management programs.
 Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements.
 Repair and clean the equipment when needed.
 Write offer report or work progress report from the customer on daily basis.
 Design the unit drawings.
 Managing the entire project estimation including Operation & Maintenance Vetting the
design & producing technical requirements, specifications & recommending
design modifications based on client requirements.
 Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized.
 Handling toxic products with extreme care for improving production.
 Dress neat, tidy and presentable when the employee carry the image of the company.
 Jet Cleaning for Multiple- Effect Evaporator per month.
 Evaporator - system optimization with fuel consumption and condensate water quality
achievement, condenser and heat exchange plate cleaning.
 Work as per the companies terms and condition by abiding the rules and regulation of the
company.
