We refer to the agreement executed between FiveS Digital, and you dated 19-Dec-2020.

The Contract was executed between us to provide for Data Entry Operator-Operations at the company
Udaipur office.

FiveS Digital has concluded the contract closure mentioned above with our mutual consent since you
have declined to continue your employment with FiveS Digital and current business requirements.

Please accept this letter as our formal notice to you that we will be ending the contract from 23-Dec-
2024 as agreed mutually.

Your F&F will be processed as mentioned below.

1. Your salary attendance will be processed as per your login ready Hrs /Productivity only till your
last working day in process.
2. Your F&F and documentation will be cleared if you exit as per process/policy only.
3. Your Full and final settlement shall be proceeded within 60 days from the relieving date.

However, we hope to get your services again in the future if needed.
