PROCEDURE FOR (DREWWATCH 1.

3) PROGRAM INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION

Delete all the previous versions of DrewWatch folders/files and any desktop shortcuts too before proceeding to installation or re-
installation.

Open My Computer and go to C: drive. The program is preferred to install in C: drive.

Create a folder by naming it as DrewWatch. Ensure this folder is having full adminstrative rights for troublefree operation to user.

Now Open the DrewWatch folder in downloaded program files. The files shall be shown as below.

Now copy the above files to a newly created ‘DrewWatch’ folder in ‘C:Drive’ and Right click on “Setup.EXE” as highlighted below and
click on “properties”.
This shall open as shown below. Click on “Compatibility” Tab and click on “Run Compatibility trouble shooter” to select the compatibility
mode from dropdown as applicable.

Select the mode as applicable and click on “Apply” and “OK”

Now Proceed to install the DrewWatch Program by Clicking on Setup.exe to start the program installation.

Click on Next to proceed with Installation of the DrewWatch Program.

Here, The program should not be installed in the default destination shown as below, because Program Files (x86) does not allow any
modification addition inside the sub folders. Browse and change the destination as shown below.

Double click on C:\ as highlighted below

Now Double click on Folder “DrewWatch” as highlighted below

The directory shall open as highlighted, click on “DrewWatch” folder and select “OK”

Click on Next to continue with installation.

Installation is in progress

The program shall be installed and appear as below, click finish to proceed further.

Once the installation is completed, The program files installed shall be saved by default creating DrewWatch subfolder within the main
folder as highlighted below. C:\DrewWatch\DrewWatch. Open the same.

Now Remove/delete the Dwatch.exe file as highlighted below. Delete if any shortcut created too in desktop.

Now, Open the Program folders downloaded. Copy the License files (cfg & update.ser files) inside the License folder and Patch file
(Dwatch.exe) inside the Patch folder.

Paste the Copied files in DrewWatch folder created (C:\DrewWatch\DrewWatch) as shown below for reference.

Now, Open the DrewWatch program by clicking Dwatch.exe. Place a shortcut in desktop for easy access further. The program shall open
as shown below. Click on OK to proceed further to complete the program set-up/configuration to make the program functional.

The vessel/customer details shall be shown as below. Click on Password Tab.

Enter the desired password for future reference. Else the default password can be entered as drew

Click on Equipment Tab to enter the Cooling water and Boiler water system details along with treatment code being followed onboard.

Please note that - During the initial setting-up process, it is preferred to carry out all necessary configurations before clicking on "Save
and "Exit". In the event of clicking "Save" and "Exit" after configuring few systems, the logging page shall be created for the entire month
with that set-up. Any further modifications/additions in the set-up shall be saved, but shall reflect in the subsequent month only.
Here is an example shown as below to guide the vessel to complete the configuration.
Enter the cooling system details and select treatment code as per treatment program being followed. click on Next parameter to proceed
further.

Ensure the system parameters are entered correctly and click on New System to proceed

Click on Yes to create new system

If 2 or more cooling water systems exists then enter the other cooling systems as shown above.
Else enter Boiler system as shown below. Ensure the Boiler system details are entered correctly and treatment code from dropdown is
selected as per treatment program being followed.

Enter details as applicable and click on next parameter

If the vessel is having another boiler(Aux or Composite), enter the Boiler 2, Boiler3 details as shown above, Else create Feed water
system as shown below.

Enter details as applicable and click on next parameter

Enter details as applicable. Click on new system if vessel required to enter another feedwater system, else click on save, Configuration
details shall be saved. Click on ok to save and Exit.

The logging page shall be visible now as shown below. The vessel can enter the daily test results.

Please refer “DREWWATCH INSTRUCTION MANUAL” as shared along with program files, for better understanding to use the program
and to manage onboard treatment activities. This program helps the user to properly perform the test procedures and to accurately
monitor the water treatment program.
