Letter of Appointment

Bangalore.

Dear Kripa,
We are pleased to appoint you for Tele Caller Position with our company S Square Pvt Ltd
(hereafter referred to as the company) from today. Just as it gives us pleasure in bringing
you into our fold, we wish to share with the detailed terms & conditions of employment and
associate related guidelines. We wish the very best for you in your career with us.

Terms & conditions of Employment

1 . SALARY & POSITION: Your annual gross salary will be RS : 1,56,000


( Rupees one Lakhs Fifty Six Thouands only ) & ( for 2 applications ) and your position title is
Tele Caller.

2. CONFIRMATION: Based on the review of your performance and successful


completion of tranning period, you will be confirmed in the service of the company.

3. RULES AND REGULATIONS: Your services will be governed by the


services Rules and Regulations which may be brought in force or amended from time to
time, as applicable to all employees of the company as per the policy and procedure manul.

4. HOURS: Each Working day from Monday through Friday will be nine hour work
day with 30 minites lunch break. These timing are at the managing Director and should
normally consist of a 45 hours work week.

5.INSENTIVES: this performance incentive is distinct from other components of gross


salary, and will be linked to your performance.

The Performance measures will be as mentioned below:


1. The incentive amount will be dispersed in the subsequent month, along with the
salary.
2. Incentive amount will be given subject to the clearance or cancellation of
application.
3. The incentive slab and the pay outs can be changed anytime as per the management
decision.
4. The incentives will be processed only if you are on our Payroll and Active consultant.
Training & Transition

 You will undergo 10 days of training and transition and you will be on OJT (On Job
Training). For these first 10 days you will be provided stipend of Rs.200/- per day. In total,
that would be Rs. 2000/.
 On successful completion of training with minimum scoring and grades you will be
assigned to the process team on the discussed Payroll.

Notice Period

 Every employee is generated to intimate the management in case of relieving before


itself and after getting approval from the authority you can survive 15 days of notice
period.
 In case of employee quitting the job without prior notice period of 15 days is a loss to
company. So, company won’t pay u salary for that month.
 In case of Quitting the company after taking your salary, Company will take Legal
action against you, and also you are liable to refund 1 months of Salary to the
company
 The Company holds all rights to terminate the employee without any notice in case
of Non-Performance, Behavioural Issue, In-disciplinary Act, fraudulence or any
breech of conduct without paying any Salary or Incentives.

Leaves

 No leaves will be given as earned Leave or Casual Leave in any of the month during
the year. You are expected to work all working days in the month (Mon – Sat).
Sunday will be a fixed weekly off. Almost all the government holidays and national
holidays will be given subject to condition. We expect you to be punctual on all days
of work and strictly adhere to our work timings which will be from 9:00am to
6:00pm.
 Any leaves taken will be deducted from your Salary as per the below formula
(T.E/30) *No of Leaves=Gross salary @ that particular month EXP: Rs 12000/-
 All leaves should be planned and leave request should be submitted to your
reporting manager with prior written approval. If you are on leave for over 3 days
and above without any prior intimation, you would be considered as ABSCONDING

Other Terms and Conditions:

 You will work as a full-time employee in the company and will not undertake any other
employment, whether full-time or part-time as a partner/member/employee of any other
organisation in any form of business activity without our consent.
 You will not be entitled to any PF or Insurance as agreed by you.
 You will abide to all the rules and regulations of the company as application to you.
 You are expected to keep your compensation confidential and will not be share with
others
 Salary will be paid on 10th of Every Month.
 While leaving the company on last working day company’s properties like data your
complete fallow up Leeds, mobile and if any other should submit it and take no due
certificate from the company.
 If you are leaving company under training period or without notice period you are not
eligible to get salary or incentives.
 Apart from this any kind of
+real information’s or benefits from company will not be covered and in case of special
conditions company offering any benefits specially for you, you should get a certified letter
with company seal and sign to get eligibility.
 While leaving the company back logs will be deducted and remaining salary will be paid
within 45 days (As if company Decides) from the last working day.
 Non submission of any above company properties will be taken a legal action against
consultant.

You are advised to read this latter carefully and if the terms and conditions are acceptable
to you, please sign the duplicate copy as a token of your having understood and accepted
the same.
You are required to contact HR department on the date of your joining. You would be
required to bring the following:

 Relieving letter/Acceptance of resignation from all previous organization


 Attested photocopies of educational certificates (Class x onwards)
 Two recent passport size photographs
 Aadhar & pan card copy

This offer for employment given to you by the company is subject to successful completion
of background investigation and verification/authentication of all facts, particulars, details
and documents submitted by you. Submission of any wrong or false facts/particulars/details
or fake/forged documents or any other misrepresentation of any nature whatsoever,
including but not limited to, suppression of any facts details/particulars/documents shall
result in automatic disqualification from further consideration of your candidature of for
withdrawal of the offer of employment (if any) or for immediate termination from
employment without recourse. This is without prejudice to all other rights and remedies
which the company may have against you.

Further, in such an event, you shall be responsible to pay the company for all financial
expense and damage incurred by the company in your training, and any direct, indirect, and
consequential cost. You shall also not claim any compensation from the company in the
above circumstance.
