Circular Title: One-Day Picnic to District Gravity: Adventure Theme Park
Grade: 7 to A2 levels

We are excited to announce that our school is organizing a one-day picnic to District Gravity: An
Adventure Theme Park, designed not only for relaxation and fun but also as an opportunity for
our learners to develop valuable life skills in an exciting and dynamic environment.

Details of the Trip:


• Date of Picnic: 4th January, 2025: Saturday
• Destination: District Gravity- The Adventure Park, Bommarasipet village, road, beside
Leonia holistic destination, Hyderabad, Telangana 500078.
• Time: Departure from school at 7:30 AM return by 6:00 PM, Parents to pick up their
wards from the school, live location will be shared.
• Cost: ₹1,700 per student (inclusive of transportation, entry ticket, Lunch, Access to all
the adventure activities, indoor and outdoor sports except Go karting)

Instructions for Participation:


1. Interested students are requested to submit the signed consent form along with the payment
to their class teacher by Thursday, 2nd January, 2024
2. Students must carry a water bottle, cap, Nylon swim wear and a spare comfortable attire.
3. Mobile phones and valuable items are prohibited to avoid any inconvenience.

adventure

CONSENT FORM & UNDERTAKING

Dear Sir/Madam,

….............................................................., hereby give my consent for my child to participate in the adventure
trip organized by the school to District gravity: An Adventure theme park on 4th January, 2025.

Consent Details:

1. I understand that this trip is organized to enhance the students' learning experience through adventurous
activities and exposure beyond the classroom.
2. I am aware that the school has taken necessary precautions for the safety and well-being of all
participants.
3. Students who are unwell on the day of the picnic will not be permitted to attend.
4. Once the amount is paid, if a student is unable to attend the picnic for any reason, refunds will not be
possible.

Undertaking Details:

1. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set by the school and the trip organizers.
2. I understand that the school will not be held responsible for any unforeseen incidents, provided all
reasonable safety measures are taken.
3. I confirm that my child is medically fit to participate in this trip and has no physical or psychological
condition that may hinder participation in such activities.
4. I shall not hold the school or its staff liable for any loss of belongings or minor injuries sustained during
the trip.
5. I shall make sure that my ward will not carry any electronic devices including smartwatches, mobile
phones and fit bands on the picnic.

I declare that I have read and understood the details of the trip and the terms mentioned above. I voluntarily
give my consent for my child’s participation and assure my support in ensuring adherence to the guidelines.
