2) When transferring funds, it is absolutely prohibited to specify any comments to the transfer (unless specified by
the rules of the method).
3) In case the payer has sent a transfer for an amount different from that specified in the invoice, you will be
informed about it by our support service. You will be offered a choice: to recalculate the amount actually received or
to make a refund to the payer. If the amount transferred is below the minimum limit, a refund will be made. The
refund is made upon submission of the relevant documents.
4) Transfers from underaged ot third persons are not allowed, in this case a refund will be made (upon submission
of appropriate documents).
5) When the invoice is canceled and returned at the initiative of the merchant, regardless of the reasons (including
transfers from third parties, underage users, etc.), a commission of 10 usdt is charged, in addition to the transaction
fee, depending on geo.
6) The sending of funds is carried out, if possible, by intra-bank payment. In case the payer does not have accounts
in the proposed banks, it is necessary to choose one of the proposed banks or "Other bank" and make an interbank
transfer (attaching a check). International payments for crediting and sending funds are not made. When making
such transactions, depending on the situation (geo, payment method, bank, etc...), either the funds are withheld or
returned, in which a commission of 10 usdt is charged, in addition to the transaction fee.
7) Transfer of funds from electronic payment wallets Qiwi, Yoo Money and others - prohibited (unless specified in
the rules of the method). Such payments will be submitted to arbitration and crediting is not guaranteed.
8) If you try to attach fake payment checks - the payer's account must be blocked.
9) It is absolutely forbidden to deposit cash to the details (payment through the terminal) provided in the API
invoice on our payment form, the method involves only cashless transfers (unless the "Cash" / "Cash" method has
been selected in the application).
10) All tests are conducted in a test environment. In a production environment, no tests are performed.
2) Viewing API-Key:
Next, you need to go to the "Profile" section and click the button under the corresponding key.
3) Withdrawal of funds (Settlement) from the merchant's account to the wallet USDT
(TRC-20):
Two-factor authentication in the "Security Options" section must already be enabled.
Details of usage are described in the same section. Select the section "Withdrawal to address", specify the amount
and address of the wallet TRC20.
The minimum withdrawal amount through the "Personal Account" is 1000 USDT. A smaller amount can be
withdrawn with a commission of 10 USDT.
In the PayPort method, you can create an invoice with different parameters. Let's analyze the main ones:
Currency-2-currency - an option in which the payer is assigned to the transfer exactly the amount that was entered
in fiat currency (all expenses on the merchant side);
Client/Merchant expense - the parameter determining at the expense of whom the commission (fee) of the
merchant or payer will be withheld;
Input amount - the amount entered by the merchant (client) in the invoice for input (deposit) or for output
(withdrawal);
Invoice amount - invoice amount in USDT;
Merchant amount - the USDT amount that will go to the merchant balance;
Merchant amount (for output) is the amount of USDT, the equivalent of which in the fiat will be sent to the client;
Have to pay - the amount that the payer needs to transfer to the specified card;
Have to pay (for withdrawal) - is the amount in the fiat that will be sent to the client;
Deal rate - fiat exchange rate in USDT;
Fee - processing fee;
For example:
Operation: Deposit
Currency to currency: enabled
Client expense: 0 (all fee on the merchant's side)
Amount: RUB 10,000
1) Exchange: 10,000/68.14 = 146.75 USDT
(the payer transferred exactly the amount indicated in the invoice);
In the "White Label" section, payment form customization is available (when using API.v5): such as: changing the
logo, colors, fonts. Through the "preview", it is possible to see the preliminary result. After that, fix the switch in the
“on” position to activate the settings.
Sending funds to a specific user card is possible both via the API and through the "Personal Account" in the
"Withdrawal" section. To send, you must specify the amount and a specific card number, after which the amount in
USDT will be debited from the merchant’s balance, and the recipient will receive a fiat transfer from the operator in
the specified currency and a check will be attached to invoice.
8) Additional users.
The Merch Users section displays existing accounts for access to “Personal Account”. If necessary, you can release
additional accounts with different access rights by contacting Payment Support.
Next, drag from left to right the payment method or methods that should become priority. First, the form will display
the selected methods in the selected order, and then all the others without priority.
