While this effect only lasts a few seconds, it sometimes doesn’t take more time, to ruin a dishonest trader‘s business. Naturally, the Snifflewhiff settles where lies are dense and deception flourishes. Therefore, most of the very few confirmed encounters originate from highly populated or corrupted urban areas such as trading quarters, dock areas or aristocratic courtyards.

The creature is lying. snifflewhiff can‘t use this reaction if it isn‘t able to use its sense of smell. Keen Sight and Smell. The snifflewhiff has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight or smell.
