Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

**Process Improvement and Design**

- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure seamless communication
and understanding.

- Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new systems or enhancements to


existing systems.

- Coordinate with project managers to ensure deliverables are met on time and within
budget.

**Stakeholder Management**

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

- Clearly communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.

- Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and aligned with project goals.

**Documentation and Reporting**

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business cases,


requirement specifications, test plans, and training materials.

- Provide regular updates and reports to project teams and senior management.

- Ensure documentation complies with organizational standards and policies.

**Testing and Quality Assurance**

- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining test cases, scenarios, and scripts.

- Ensure solutions meet business requirements and resolve identified issues.

- Work with QA teams to validate system functionality and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications


- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks (e.g., BABOK).

- Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams, use cases, and wireframes.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and other business analysis tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, ECBA).
