Answers to Unit 2 Tasks
READING
Question 1 p.12 :
The success of a project depends on several factors. One key element is setting clear and mutually accepted
objectives. Everyone involved must understand and commit to these goals.
Successful project completion is also aided by efficient collaboration, planning, effective budget
management, and regular progress reports.
Question 2 p.12 :
I prefer to be part of the project team rather than leading because it allows me to focus on contributing
my specific skills without the pressure of overseeing the entire project.
Working as part of a team gives me the opportunity to collaborate, learn from others, and grow in my
role.
I also enjoy the balance of having responsibilities without the added stress of decision-making, which
allows me to perform at my best while supporting the project's overall success.
